This Amarone is just an amazing wine and truly authentic. Not only does to come with grape skins to enhance depth and complexity, it even has dried grapes. Why? The first step in Amarone viniculture is the partial drying of its classic Valpolicella grapes. We said authentic. A rich and full-bodied wine with excellent acidity. Flavours of mocha, chocolate, raisins, black cherry, and dried figs and firm tannins. Not to be missed.

Notes: Citrus acidity runs through this wine, but it is elevated by floral, pear and green apple notes without losing its crisp acidity. An excellent wine that just continues to develop its character as it ages.

Notes: Not a 'cut and paste' mistake. We decided to put both Amarone options on sale. Same great wine without the skins and dried grapes. Perhaps easier to enjoy young and still a fabulous wine. Packed with red fruit and black fruit flavour with hints of Cassis an Mocha. Big fruit, big tannins and big acidity.

Notes: Aromatic Viognier brings apricot and other stone fruit, while Pinot Gris is a fuller version of Pinot Grigio and offers orchard fruit characteristics. The two combine is a dry wine the melds those orchard and stone fruits. This is a step beyond Pinot Grigio is complexity and style. A wine we heartly recommend.
