Notes: Viognier is often likened to a Chardonnay with 'more', while Pinot Gris is similar to a ripened Pinot Grigio. This wine is too often overlooked on our shelves, but it is a gem that we have made many times. Viognier brings apricot and unique floral character, while dry Riesling brings minerality and Chardonnay offer its classic tropical fruit richness. The result is structure and complexity in an easy to drink wine.

Notes: This wine is not very familiar to Canadian's, but it is widely planted vine in Germany. The cross of Riesling and the early ripening Madeleine Royale was made by Dr. Müller in Thurgau, Switzerland more than one hundred years ago. Rich is perhaps the best word to describe this wine. Elderflowers contribute to a fruity and that is low in acidity. This flower, medium-bodied wine is best enjoyed young.

Notes: We understand the strong feeling that many of you have about buying from the US, but these grapes were picked and purchased long before the current turmoil. Trinity is a Bordeaux in all but name. Expect rich black fruits, balanced tannins and hints of spice.
