Red: Grenache Syrah, Spain. Supposedly medium-bodied, for us this is just a big, well-rounded red to please everyone. Blackberries, black pepper, earthy notes, backed by the tannins and acidity of Syrah.

Alcohol: 14.8%

Oak: Medium

White: Chardonnay, Chile. Forget the snobbery, this is a sublime cool-climate Chardonnay at a fraction of the cost of Chablis. Lemon, pineapple and peach with vibrant acidity and a delicate finish.

Alcohol: 14.2%
Body: Medium
Oak: Light
Sweetness: Dry

6 - Week

Red: Valpola, Italy. Valpolicella, without the name. Although Valpolicella went through the dark days of bulk production, this is a rich wine with body and character. Fruit-forward with a unique combination of raisins, black cherries and prunes backed by firm tannins, oak and chocolate. A wine we greatly enjoy and perfect for a season by guests and rich food.

Alcohol: 14.8%
Body: Medium
Oak: Medium
Sweetness: Dry

White: Viognier Pinot Gris, Australia. We are so apply to have this wine in our line-up. Viognier at its best is a lush aromatic wine with complex peach and pear notes. Pinot Gris offers rich spicing complexity. Together they give a glorious fruit-forward wine with a freshing finish.

Alcohol: 14.2%
Body: Medium
Oak: None
Sweetness: Dry

4 - Week

Red SUPERIOR: Merlot, Chile. We are all supposed to age our wines, but let's be realistic, most of us don't. We were amazed by this 4/5-week warm climate Merlot. Big, bold and packed with smooth blackberries and blackcurrants. Balanced, ready to drink, and i pressive

Alcohol: 12.3%
Body: Medium
Oak: Medium
Sweetness: Dry

White PREMIUM: Sauvignon Blanc, Ontario. New Zealand style without the price. Grassy and herbal, with supporting citrus. A white that will truly impress from bottling.
